Glacier Adventures & Bed & Breakfast

Sylvia was born in Elliot-Lake, Ontario and moved into Chelmsford, Ontario at the age of eight.  Sylvia moved to Sault Ste. Marie after graduation where she completed a Fish and Wildlife Diploma and Integrated Resource Management Technology Diploma.  After college Sylvia moved out west where she worked in the Alberta Rockies, and other mountain towns in British Columbia, and realized her love for the mountains.  Sylvia enjoys most outdoor activities and loves walking our dog 'Moma'. 

Evan was born in Pine Falls, Manitoba and moved to Sault Ste. Marie after highschool where he obtained a Forestry Technician Diploma and a Outdoor Recreation Diploma.  Evan moved west into many mountain communities throughout the years, working as a Forestry Technologist in Alberta for 5 years, and spending a number of summer seasons white water rafting the many rivers around Jasper, Canmore before moving into Stewart. 

Sylvia and Evan purchased a pre-existing Bed and Breakfast in early April of 2007. 

During the two plus years in Stewart Sylvia, Evan and 'Moma' won 3rd prize in the Canada Day Parade business float division and have been active within the community, assisting in local hiking trail clearing, working with the tourism committee and volunteering with the Stewart Fire and Rescue team.
